CMS General Responsibilities

Building Automation Systems (BAS): Design, install, program, and maintain building automation systems that optimize energy efficiency, occupant comfort, and operational performance. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate BAS seamlessly into LEED projects.

HVAC Solutions: Develop and implement energy-efficient HVAC strategies, including variable refrigerant flow (VRF) systems, demand-controlled ventilation, and energy recovery systems. Ensure compliance with LEED requirements and industry standards, while prioritizing occupant comfort and indoor air quality.

Remote Meter Monitoring: Configure and manage remote meter monitoring systems for accurate and real-time tracking of energy consumption. Utilize data analytics to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for energy optimization. Provide insights and recommendations to clients for energy management and conservation.

Project Execution: Coordinate and oversee the installation, integration, and commissioning of building automation, HVAC, and remote meter monitoring systems. Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Conduct system testing and troubleshooting as needed.

Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements. Provide professional guidance and technical expertise on building automation, energy monitoring, and sustainability measures. Educate clients on the benefits of green technologies and assist in achieving LEED certification.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including system configurations, schematics, and test reports. Prepare regular progress reports, energy performance analyses, and recommendations for system improvements or upgrades.
